21 Jul Fun Tampa Fishing Charters

We have had some fun Tampa Fishing Charters so far the month of July. A variety of fish have been caught with some fun folks on the boat.
As we finish out this month and head into August the fishing will still be fun as it always is in Tampa Bay.
Snook are still being caught in the morning hours before that summer sun gets high in the sky heating up our Tampa Bay waters. Fishing deeper areas with good current flow is key to catching them this time of year. Trout are still biting and can keep the rods bent. The Mangrove Snapper bite is hot this time of year. Find structure and you can usually find the Mangrove Snapper. The Spanish Mackerel are hear and along with them are the sharks.
Its hot out so be prepared to start your fun Tampa Fishing Charters earlier in the morning.
For those of you who like to keep fish I suggest a 4 hour charter of Snapper and Mackerel fishing. Both make great table fare if prepared properly. Capt Steve will clean and bag your catch and even give you tips on cooking it. For those that don’t have the place to cook it,you can always take it to one of the local restaurants just a few minutes from the dock location and they will cook it for you.
For the catch and release crew a 4 hour charter with morning snook fishing and when that bite stops move on to other species.
